9:00 AM – Miner Race Start (long) - Montane & Fernie Ridge Trails

9:15 AM - Prospector Race Start (short)

10:00 AM–6:00 PM – ChillVille Open

  • Food and beverage vendors

  • Chillville & lawn games

  • Bike industry and sponsor booths

11:00 AM–3:00 PM – Riders cross the finish line

3:00–6:00 PM – DJ & Après-Ride Social

5:00 PM – Daily awards and community announcements

Saturday, June 27

Stage 2 and Ride & Roast Festival at Montane Barn

9:00 AM – Miner Race Start (long) - Sparwood to Fernie

10:00 AM – Prospector Race Start (short) - Hosmer to Fernie

10:00 AM–5:00 PM – Coal Creek Heritage Society Ride & Roast Festival

  • 11 AM to 3 PM – E-bike rally

  • 12 PM to 2 PM – Kids’ Bike Rodeo

  • 2 PM to 4 PM – Coal Creek Heritage interpretive tour

  • 3 PM to 5 PM – Lamb roast-off

  • Community and bike industry booths

  • ChillVille

  • DJ, beer garden & food trucks

11:00 AM–4:00 PM – Riders cross the finish line

3:00–9:00 PM – DJ, beer garden & local food night

7:30 AM – Miner Race Start (long) - Elk Valley Nordic Centre

7:40 AM – Prospector Race Start (short)

9:30 AM–12:30 PM – Riders cross the finish line

10:00 AM–2:00 PM – ChillVille open with food trucks

12:00 PM – Awards ceremony (finish line)
