What Your Entry Includes
You’re not just signing up for a race, you’re becoming part of a legacy.
Spectacular and Well Marked Rides: All 3 stages on our route are great rides, with lots of fun cross-country oriented singletrack and beautiful mountain landscapes – don’t forget to pack your camera! And, since nothing can ruin your day faster than getting lost, we make sure our routes are all very well marked by our highly experienced course crew.
Friendly and Supportive Checkpoints: Our checkpoint teams are sprinkled throughout the course at regular intervals, offering a wide variety of nutritional options to refuel and keep on going. Our friendly checkpoint teams will always offer a smile and encouraging words to keep you energized and on your way! And at the finish line, you’ll find a bonus checkpoint to get you started with post-ride recovery!
World-Class Medical: We partner with a world class medical team offering expert emergency medical assistance on-course and in camp. At each finish line you will find a fully equipped hospital trailer and trained medics ready to help with any complaint.
On-Course Ambassadors: Need a little help on the trail? These trail veterans are here to help. Our team of friendly ambassadors are on course with extra tools, parts, and moral support to help you get through the stage.
Customer Service Team: At every finish our crew is there to help. If you need anything, simply ask at the race office or any of our crew.
Great Rider Swag: All participants will receive a finisher t-shirt and medal, along with partner swag.
Professional Timing: Means you have instant access to unofficial results at the end of each stage, and complete and accurate results on our website.
Massage Access: Massage therapy will be available every day of the race on a pay-as-you-go basis. We will be located close by to the awards/beer garden area each day. Our massage therapists have experience in deep tissue, therapeutic and sports massage. You will be able to book in advance as well as during rider registration.
Bike Service: The TransRockies Mechanic Team will be onsite for support.
Mechanical Package (3 Days)
The Tech package includes the following: - VIP drop off and priority servicing each post race day with our team of professionals. - Delivery of serviced bikes to the start line the next day. - 3 Days of full pro level tune and washes. - All labor for any repairs after the race start. Any Parts are all extra charge. Basically the service package takes care of anything the bike needs through the event and makes sure the bike is race ready for the best performance each day.

Refund Protection (optional)
Additional registration protection can be purchased through Protecht, which is a refund protection insurance for attendees. For a small premium, if you are unable to attend due to any of Protecht’s covered reasons, you have the option to file a refund request through them.
We strongly encourage you to read & understand the full terms of Protecht’s insurance policy prior to registration.
2026 Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds issued by TransRockies Inc under ANY circumstances.
Transfers of entry to another participant may be permitted at the discretion of TransRockies Inc for an admin fee of $25. All transfers must be completed no later than midnight on June 19, 2026.
Deferrals are permitted under the following guidelines:
Deferral requests made on or before April 24, 2026 = 75% of your race fee will be deferred.
Deferral request made on or after April 25, 2026 up to & including May 24, 2026= 50% of your race fee will be deferred.
NO deferrals/roll overs/credits will be issued for registrations cancelled after May 24, 2026.
A full deferral is permitted for reasons due to pregnancy &/or active military deployment – medical notes will be required.
A race entry can only be deferred one time and only to the following year’s event.

TransRockies Inc reserves the right to cancel any TransRockies Race Series event, cancel race stages or change the route on short notice due to fire bans/fire closures, air quality, weather conditions, wildlife or safety concerns, pandemic, unforeseen construction, Acts of God or other such reasons with no reimbursement to the participant.
In the case of event cancellation by Transrockies Inc, no refunds will be available. All entries will be transferred to the next available date that the event is able to operate.
